Learning Inside the System: What Community-Based MHPSS Practice in Pakistan Teaches Us About Global Mental Health {peer reviewed}

 The following changes have been made: the concluding sentence of Section 7b has been softened from a prescriptive directive to a considered recommendation; four phrases that overstated the evidentiary status of the argument have been replaced with more cautious, practice-informed language as recommended by Reviewer 2; four typographical errors have been corrected ("principes," "pre-service ad in-service," "Norther curricula," and an erroneous reference to the helpline as one of the four cases); and an uncited reference (Davies et al., 2025) has been removed from the reference list.

I am grateful to both reviewers for their careful and constructive engagement across both rounds of review, and to you for your support throughout this process.
