Calling Mental Health Researchers!

We’re excited to announce the launch of Mental Health Open — a journal featuring Open Access, Open Peer Review, and Open Data, dedicated to advancing knowledge, research, and dialogue in the field of mental health.

Whether you're exploring mental health-related issues in neuroscience, psychology, public health, digital interventions, or social determinants of mental well-being, your paper is welcome. The first ten papers are free of charge, with the only commitment to review two papers on the platform under the Open Review Model.

What does it mean?

Open and collaborative post-publication peer review model: Your work is under open review, allowing for a fair and transparent dialogue with peer scientists on the platform. Please see https://mentalhealthopen.eu/index.php/mho/oppolicy

Reviewer Identity Disclosure – The names and affiliations of reviewers are openly available, promoting transparency and trust.

Publicly Accessible Review Reports – Evaluations and comments from reviewers are published alongside the article, supporting open scholarly discussions.

Post-publication Review Process – Articles undergo peer review after publication, allowing for swift dissemination while upholding rigorous evaluation.

Interactive Author-Reviewer Dialogue – Authors can engage with reviewers, respond to feedback, and refine their work based on constructive suggestions.

We’re now accepting submissions for original research, reviews, case studies, and more. Join us in shaping the future of mental health science.
